  • Myanmar Net has partnered with local finance companies to integrate two loan services—personal and business—with customizable loan amounts for users to choose from.

  • My challenge involves familiarizing myself with the loan system and financial terms to streamline the application process.

  • And to provide user-friendly UX/UI solutions within the Myanmar Net app, enabling users to easily apply for their preferred type of loan.

Case study

  • Integrate tap-to-pay functionality into the Myanmar Net app for swift transactions at small shops and convenience stores using Myanmar Net smart cards.

  • Enable users to tap their card with the back of receiver’s phone to initiate payments through the app.

  • My challenge involved delving into tap technology, understanding its functionalities thoroughly, and creating a comprehensive UX/UI proposal that seamlessly integrated tap features into our application.

  • Regrettably, this project was not launched.

  • Myanmar Net has partnered with the renowned insurance company Dai-Ichi Group to offer their services through the Myanmar Net app. My task is to comprehend the insurance system and devise UX/UI solutions that ensure users grasp the service easily and can seamlessly purchase it.

  • The app provided users the ability to purchase popular in-game items and voucher codes. My responsibility involves comprehending the functionality of these game items and voucher codes across different games, understanding their redemption processes, and devising UX/UI solutions for seamless in-app purchases within Myanmar Net, ensuring users can easily buy them.

Learnings

  • At Frontiir, Myanmar Net was the primary app I worked on, where I contributed UX/UI solutions for newly integrated services.

  • This experience enabled me to gain in-depth knowledge about ISP services ,fintech payments, NFC technology ,point systems, game vouchers & item codes, loans, and insurance systems.

  • Additionally, I honed my collaboration skills by working closely with stakeholders, developers, and fellow designers, fostering improved teamwork and communication within the project.
