And this is it. Over my 8+ years of work, two things stand out:

making close friends with colleagues and realizing our choices shape our future.

Navigating Design Realities: My Journey and Vision

Navigating Design Realities: My Journey and Vision

Navigating Design Realities: My Journey and Vision

At first, I thought UX/UI design would be perfect for me because I love painting and front-end design. However, as I delved into the role, I realized it's not just about making things look good. It's about understanding what people need and working with different teams to make sure the design works for everyone.

As a UX/UI designer, I had to adjust to changes in projects and deal with technical problems. Sometimes, my ideas were changed or rejected because of technical issues or personal preferences.

But I learned that good designs come from listening to everyone involved, not just users. It's important to communicate with everyone throughout the design process to make sure the final product meets everyone's needs.

That's why my vision for design is all about working together. By listening to everyone's ideas and making sure everyone is included, we can create designs that work well for users and meet business goals. I'm dedicated to promoting this inclusive approach to design to drive innovation and make a positive impact.
